The Chicago Alliance to End Homelessness has a radical way to end homelessness—give them a home. Recovery from addiction, medical treatment and integration back into mainstream society are enough of a challenge without worrying about where you're going to sleep tonight. With this system, success rates are higher and costs are lower.
Through a grant from the Taproot Foundation, our team collaborated to tell the story of the success of the Alliance through the success of their clients. We kept the design simple and graphic to allow the stunning photographs by Heidi Brady and amazing stories told by Jaime Groth to take center stage. This 9x12 brochure is being used to convince politicians, donors and the public that this is the right way to help these people—people who are just like you and me.
